Maison Himi, a passion for exceptional halal meat passed down through the generations.
In 1974, Mr Himi opened the first chapter of a family story. Three generations later, the same passion drives the house: fine meat, and the pleasure of sharing it.
Our passion has taken us across Europe, where the pastures stretch out and where breeders speak of their craft from the heart. From those encounters we brought back fine discoveries and the wish to share them at your table. That is how halal Wagyu and exceptional halal cuts came to write a new chapter in our family story.
