What is permanently erased
Your surname, your first name, your phone number and your e-mail address.
Your loyalty card and its stamps.
Your notifications and the devices that received them.
Your saved payment methods.
The offers that were reserved for you.
What is kept, and why
Your past orders are kept without your name. Belgian law requires sales records to be kept for seven years. They can no longer identify you.
How it works
You enter your e-mail address. We send you a six digit code, to check that the account really is yours. You enter the code, and the deletion is immediate. It is permanent, with no going back.

Get a copy of your data before you go
You can ask for a copy of everything we keep about you, in the app, on the Profile screen. Do it before the deletion: afterwards there is nothing left to send.
