The site and the app are hosted by Railway Corp., railway.com, a provider established in the United States.
Online payments are processed by Viva.com, a brand of VIVABANK BANKING S.A., a credit institution licensed by the Bank of Greece and entitled to operate in Belgium under the freedom to provide services. It is involved only in collection and refunds.

Intellectual property
The source code of the site, the app and the shop area remains the property of Kodex Production™. A licence to use it is granted to the publisher of the site for its operation. The name, the logo, the texts belonging to the butcher's shop and the photographs taken in the shop remain its property.
Any reproduction of the site or the app, even in part, without written authorisation is prohibited.
Photographs
Some of the product photographs are produced by an artificial intelligence tool. They illustrate the type of cut on offer; they do not show the exact cut that will be handed over, and they are not photographs of the shop. Photographs actually taken in the shop belong to the butcher's shop, which holds the rights to them. No third party claims any.
Liability
The information published, in particular prices, availability and opening hours, is kept up to date by the butcher. A cut may sell out between two updates. The weights shown for cuts sold by weight are estimates; the actual weight is established when cutting.
The publisher cannot be held liable for an interruption of the service, an obvious display error, or the use made of the information published.
Links
The site links to Instagram, TikTok and Google Maps. The publisher has no control over the content of those services, which have their own terms.
Applicable law
Belgian law applies. In the event of a dispute, the courts and tribunals of the judicial district of Brussels have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rules protecting consumers.
